Jeff Pandolfo co-founded MGMT with an extensive background in real estate operations, portfolio management, and executive leadership. His career spans senior roles at prominent real estate and investment organizations, where he oversaw large-scale residential, hospitality, and mixed-use portfolios, led company-wide operational restructuring, and implemented institutional-grade asset management practices. Jeff brings a rigorous, results-driven approach to principal operations — combining strategic oversight with the hands-on attention that exceptional property management demands. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Yale University.

Rooted in a foundation built alongside his family's luxury custom home building business, Albert brings exceptional discipline, operational precision, and an uncompromising commitment to institutional-grade standards to every principal engagement. He holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance from NYU and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from Fairfield University.
